Yes! You can set your messages to whatever schedule you’d like so that fans continue to receive a constant flow of media and content. This drives fan engagement and can mean the difference between a casual follower and a monthly subscriber.

Yes! You can include media with these messages as well and send them free or paid. You can even make custom lists and groups of subscribers to send or exclude content to, depending on your criteria as a creator.

All fans and creators must be 18 years or older to create an account or use Fanfix. Fanfix is an 18+ platform designed for creators and their communities. Accounts that do not meet this age requirement are not permitted. If you’re not yet 18, you’re welcome to join once you reach the minimum age. This policy helps us maintain a responsible, secure, and brand-friendly environment for everyone on the platform. Our age requirement supports a trusted community where creators and fans can connect confidently within our community.

All fans and creators must meet our required age of 18 or older to use Fanfix. Anyone that doesn’t meet this requirement won’t be allowed to keep their account. Our team is happy to get your application to create or to sign up as a fan once you are 18 and older. This ensures that our communities thrive within our approach to brand-friendly and safe-for-work content.

All banking information must be updated directly in your Stripe account. You can access Stripe by going to Settings on the left hand side of your creator profile and select Transaction. Then click Go To Stripe.  Once in Stripe, click on the avatar at the top, select ‘Fanfix App, Inc’ under payout details, and don’t forget to save your new banking/card info before exiting out.

At this time, all US and UK based creators can only receive payouts through Stripe. If you are based outside of these regions, please contact our support team and we’ll review available options.

There are a number of reasons why you may not have received a weekly payout. It can be that our partner processor requires some additional documentation or that something is off with the information input on your account. Generally any account speed bumps are easily resolved. The most common reasons are: Issues with banking details Needing to update your SSN or business tax info in Stripe Our team is available to look into any creator payout delays to assist in getting them solved and active again. Any questions about this please login and contact Support via your Fanfix creator profile.

Monetized earnings are processed every Wednesday and usually take a couple of days to clear. Once sent they are typically deposited every Friday into your bank account. Some international regions have a slightly longer delay in processing funds (from 3 - 7 days), but we still offer weekly payout processing. Creators are welcome to adjust the day and interval at which their payouts occur.

The first way to access your Stripe account is to log in directly through Stripe. They have an Express Connect app that allows you to login directly with them.  The second way to access your Stripe is through your Fanfix Creator account. You can access Stripe by going to Settings on the left hand side of your Creator profile and select Transaction. Then click Go to Stripe.

On the left hand side of your creator profile you will click Insights and/or Analytics for your creator earnings and how they break down for each media type you have active.

All Fanfix creator payouts are processed through our verified payment platform partner, Stripe. During the signup and onboarding process, you will be prompted to create a Stripe account where you can access all of your transactions, payout analytics, tax forms, and more! Stripe provides payment encryption and protection to ensure your banking details are kept safe.

Yes! We encourage creators to refer friends and fellow creators to join Fanfix – we would love to welcome more creators to the FanFix community. Fanfix offers a referral program for qualified creators. If you know someone who would be a great fit for our community, please share their information with our Creator Success team for review. As an invite-only platform, every application is carefully reviewed by our Partnerships team. This includes both referred creators and those who apply directly through our Creator Onboarding page. To be considered, applicants must include valid and active social media handles. Applications submitted without verified social profiles will not be reviewed. Fanfix is committed to building a high-quality, brand-safe creator community — and referrals from trusted creators help us maintain that standard.

We are a web-based app using your internet browser like Safari, Chrome, etc. To add this as an “app” on your iPhone/Android home screen, log into your account on Fanfix.io on your browser & click the “Share” icon in the bottom middle of your screen. Then “Add to Homepage”.Native iOS app is coming soon.
